Had a pleasant experience overall, with friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious, and I enjoyed easy access to the pool and breakfast area. They are in the middle of renovations, so I needed to request more towels, but that didn't overshadow our enjoyment.

The kids loved splashing around while we lounged on the sundeck. Our Queen Room was clean and tidy, which made our family stay enjoyable despite the few hiccups.
In my wife’s opinion, better security measures would make us feel safer as a family.

wouldn't recommend
The room was pretty basic with no carpet and old bathroom fixtures. No extra seating. had to sit on the bed. There was an air conditioner and a mini fridge but the bathroom was in bad shape. The staff were strict about check-in times, which was really inconvenient. Not a great experience overall.
